Health for All Partnership Clinic

Our Evaluation Framework

The HAP Evaluation Framework

Developed with reference to the Quadruple Aim Framework and informed by an extensive scoping review conducted by the research team, the HAP Evaluation Framework focuses on four key objectives:

  • Patient Experience
  • Health of Populations
  • Provider Experience
  • Systems of Care Delivery

Each objective is assessed through related themes and indicators. To evaluate these areas, the research team gathers data through a combination of metrics, impact stories, observations, and focus group interviews with students and preceptors at the HAP Clinic. These insights support the clinic’s ongoing development, effectiveness, and sustainability.
