The Health For All Partnership Clinic is faculty supervised and student nurse-led, operating in partnership with Mennonite New Life Centre, St. Francis Table , CMHA Peel Dufferin, and Peel Family Shelter. It is staffed by students and faculty from Humber Polytechnic's Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellness.
At Health for All Partnership Clinic, we are dedicated to providing high-quality holistic health services that is comprehensive, but transitional to our patients. Our vision is to improve the health and well-being of our community through compassionate care and personalized treatment plans.

The HAP Clinics' Model of Care allows us to offer a wide range of nursing health services under the umbrella of Primary Health Care, Health Education, Mental Health Support, and Advocacy. Our goal is to offer care that encompasses social, physical, and psychological aspects to address our clients' holistic health needs and wellbeing.
The HAP Clinic team is comprised of experienced medical professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff who are all committed to providing the best possible care to our patients. We work together to ensure that each patient receives the individualized attention they need.
